| - How can I place an order?

There are four simple options to choose from to place your order: Telephone, Fax , be Invoiced or Email
You may email us your order. Make sure all information is correct, especially spelling. Also, include your credit card information: mastercard, visa, discover, etc., the expiration date on the card, and the name on the card.
You may send me an item for engraving that you did not purchase from me. Please call ahead before you do this. At that time we will qive you a quote for the work.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your item. In the event of something happening to your item during the etching process, we will only be able to replace it with one of our items.
How long does it take for my order to be engraved?
We try to start the engraving as soon as we receive your order. If you need a rush on it please specify that when you place your order. Although we prefer to have a week to work on your order, orders can usually be shipped out ( or delivered locally) in one or two days depending upon the size of the order.
You may check with us to see if we carry that font. If we do, we will be glad to use it for you.
Yes, you may send your artwork or logo to us preferably by email attachment at mindy@etchingsbymindy.com. Before you send it to us, please call or email ahead of time in order for us to recognize it is a safe attachment to open. You may also mail it to us at Etchings By Mindy, 20 Broadway St., Frostburg, MD 21532. The artwork should be camera- ready. That means that it should be black and white, no grays. We can also work on logos that have colors and grays, but if it needs additional work to clean it up, there may be an additional charge. We will contact you first if there is.
